Through yoga, you'll learn how to gently release stress held in the body, reconnect with yourself, and support your overall wellbeing. Mind. Body. And Spirit. Whether you're brand new or experienced, this space is for you.
Each session is guided by Dominique, a trauma-informed yoga instructor who created a safe and supportive environment for your journey. She'll walk you through a yoga practice that supports emotional healing, and is appropriate for any skill level. Dr. Mishelle, a psychologist and trauma expert will guide a discussion, give additional tips to help you can carry what you learn into your everyday life.
